In accordance with the Defence Sector Agreement of the Haddington Road Agreement, this BOC endorses the provision that officers should be adequately compensated for performing 24 hr regimental duty on a Sunday, by being able to freely avail of their resting day and a in lieu despite any organisational work cultural pressures.
