Annual Delegate Conference 2018
Registration & Access to Conference 6 Delegates shall register with the the registrar daily and prior to the the Conference proceeding to business 7 Delegates who leave the conference hall before an an adjournment will be be required to to “sign “sign out” and to “sign “sign in” upon return 8
A Steward shall shall seal the the the the the entrance entrance to the the the the the conference hall hall hall when a a a a a a a a a a a a a vote vote has has been been called by the the the the the the Conference Chairperson and and shall shall not not re-open the the the the the the entrance entrance until the the the the the the vote vote has has been been completed A A Steward Steward must be be be be be a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a member of the the the the the Association and and and will will not not be be be be be a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a Delegate to Conference Conference The Steward Steward will will be be be be nominated by by the the Executive and and approved by by Conference Conference Voting Procedures
9 Voting on on motions/amendments will will be be completed by a a a a show of hands and and will will be be conducted in in in the following order:

21 The Chairperson may re-arrange the the the order of of debate to to enable Conference to to conduct its business In the the the event of of an an an objection being proposed and seconded the the the matter will be be be placed before Conference for for a a decision
