Was: The House Committee shall support the Manager and make recommendations regarding the operation of the snackbar and improvements of the Clubhouse. It shall operate under a description of its function approved by the Board
Now: The House Committee, in conjunction with the General Manager shall:
1. Make recommendations regarding Food & Beverage operations,
2. Monitor Clubhouse facilities with special focus on interior decorations and overall
maintenance, and
3. Coordinate House functions associated with Club social and golf events.
Section 8. Finance Committee.
Was: The Finance Committee shall supervise the financial affairs of the Club. It shall prepare and
recommend to the Board an annual budget and long-range program for the handling of the
Club’s finances.
Now: The Finance Committee, in conjunction with the General Manager, shall:
1. Supervise the financial affairs of the Club,
2. Prepare and recommend to the Board an annual budget and long-range program for
the handling of the Club’s finances,
3. Recommend to the Board all member fees and dues,
4. Administer all Insurance and Technology aspects of Club operations, and
5. The Finance Committee shall establish an Internal Audit Committee of two to four
members, none of whom shall be Directors. The Internal Audit Committee shall perform reviews to ensure compliance with accepted accounting practices and ensure controls to safeguard assets. Internal Audit Committee findings shall be documented and presented to the Board at a minimum of every two years or sooner as requested by the Board.

The following Committees were eliminated, and their duties reassigned to remaining existing Committees: Audit, Construction, Insurance, and Technology.
At Article VI, Section 3. Added procedure for ‘Payment of terminated Certificate” when Club is at less than full membership.
At Article VII Club Membership:
Section 3. Replaced EMERITUS membership with HERITAGE membership.
Section 5. Member Waiting List added provision to adopt additional non-Proprietary Certificate
Memberships and add “When Club is at full membership...”. At Article VIII Meetings and Voting:
Section 2. Added e-Mail notice permitted for Special Meetings.
Note: Mailing of notice for Annual Meeting is not changed.
Section 4. Revise Quorum definition. Existing Bylaws require seventy (70) voting members present to constitute a Quorum when based on four-hundred-forty (440) active voting members. This is equivalent to 16% of active voting members. The change to a percentage, as opposed to a specific number, is better suited to the condition when the Club is as less than full membership.
