Was: The rules contained in the current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern the Club in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with these Bylaws and any special rules of order the Club may adopt.
Now: The current edition of Robert’s Rules of Order shall serve as a guideline in Club governance and for meetings.
Section 7. Meetings. Added:
D. Members of the Board of Directors may participate in monthly Board
meetings or by means of voice conferencing, video conferencing or similar communications equipment. All persons participating in the meeting must be able to hear each other at the same time. Participation by such means will constitute presence in person at the meeting.

Section 6. Duties. Paragraph B, at end of sentence: Was: “...in accordance with Article VII.” Now: “...in accordance with Article VIII.”
Note: Changes to Article III shown above correct typos present in the By-Laws since the February 2012 Amendment.
At Article VI Proprietary Certificates, Section 3. Termination of Certificate. Paragraph B. Part 2.b. Last sentence:
Was: “Former members who rejoin are issued the next-in-line Certificate serial number.”
Now: “Former members who rejoin are issued their original Certificate serial number.”
Note: Change to Article VI shown above simplifies Business Office record keeping in manual and
electronic member files.
