Chambersburg Retail square consists of two
different centers. The first center contains
Starbucks and Five Guys that totals 4,488 square
feet. Originally, the second center started out
with no tenants. Later Visionworks and Belle
Jewelers fit-out was added. This center totals
10,747 square feet.

These two buildings primarily consist of
structural steel, EIFS and manufactured stone.
The site work was completed by Fayetteville
Contractors by request of the owner. This project
started prior to completion of drawings. These
centers were constructed over a harsh winter and
completed in seven months.

The Chambersburg Retail Square is right off of
Exit 17 I-81 in Chambersburg, PA. Each one of
these companies are exceptional and will add
uniqueness to the expanding area.
