Th e two-phase renovation project on the campus
of Hagerstown Community College consisted of
total interior removal of all existing walls, HVAC,
plumbing and electrical.
Th e building was designed to house 4 nurse
training labs, 1 EMT training lab, 1 imaging lab, 1
x-ray lab, 1 dental lab, 2 science labs and 1
computer lab. Additionally it provides
classrooms, offi ces, and a full service kitchen and
serving area.
