Quilt Stories
Australian textile artist and teacher Lisa Walton has been making use of this time of
isolation and has been recording video chats with some of the world’s inspirational quilters.
The talks are usually based on a single quilt which has either won a major award or used
some original techniques or just a brilliant quilt. The conversations are casual and explore
the inspiration and processes involved in making as well as often having some interesting
personal connections. They are being released every few days on Lisa’s YouTube Channel and
are part of the playlist called Quilt Stories.
