INTRODUCTION
After Adam and Eve were deceived by the devil and sinned
in the Garden of Eden, the Lord God killed a lamb and took
the covering of the animal’s skin – symbolic of a spiritual
covering, and placed it on Adam and Eve. In order to
protect us from the devil, God provides us with an umbrella
of spiritual coverings for our spiritual protection.
Let me explain why we need spiritual coverings. If your
physical body is left without physical protection - a roof over
your head, physical clothing or physical nourishment, over
a period of time, you will get physically sick. In the same
way, when your soul is left without a spiritual covering or
without spiritual nourishment over a period of time, it is
easy for the devil to attack you spiritually.
A spiritual covering is meant to protect you spiritually, to
bless you and to provide for you clear direction, vision and
momentum for your spiritual walk with God.
