BWL PARTNERS WITH A NEW EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Human Resources Department and Be Well 4 Life has proudly announced an enhancement to the current BWL benefit plan. Effective January 1, we transitioned
from our previous Employee Assistance Program (EAP) (Encompass) to the Ulliance Life Advisor EAP. At the BWL, we recognize our employees are our most valuable asset, and that an investment in their well- being is a sound investment
for everyone. By transitioning to the Ulliance program, we’re ensuring the best possible services are available to employees and their family.
The Ulliance Life Advisor
EAP is designed to help
each employee and/or covered dependents cope with the many personal/ work challenges that we all encounter from time to time.
For example, you might need assistance managing stress
or depression, learning new parenting skills or finding a nursing home for a loved one. Ulliance provides many services to meet your needs, which include short-term counseling, coaching, crisis intervention and community resources.
Other examples of areas of assistance include:
• Relationship and family concerns
• Death of a loved one
• Stress, anxiety and depression
• Substance Abuse
• Financial or legal referrals
The Ulliance Life Advisor EAP is confidential, and no cost to employees, spouses/partners or your covered dependents. To access services, including 24/7 crisis assistance, please call 1-800-448-8326.
