Sou’s tennis
The !99l Boy’s tennis season was one of the great successes of the sports year. For his second year. Coach Steven Bersani brought his team to a season of well-earned wins.
The relatively young team consisted of only one senior, in addition to three soph omores, an eighth grader, and two seventh graders. It was led by the undefeated senior, Dru Damico.
With Damico graduating in ’91, David Aiel lo will be faced with the difficult task of replacing him, but with such a young team Coach Steven Bersani is looking forward to a couple more winning seasons.
At the end of the season came the sec tional tournament, in which the team en tered a total of seven players. Dru Damico won the first singles and David Aiello made it to the finals.

Jcnn DeFrancisco returns a hard shot from her oppo nent. Lots of sunshine and mild weather made the 1991 girls tennis season a pleasure for players and fans alike.
