LaSallian Youth Group is made up of approximately 25 CBA students who are willing to share their time and talents in service to the CBA and greater Syracuse communities as their response to God’s call to "love one another”. Cur rently the members attend the Samaritan Center Soup Kitch en, They Plan parties and ac tivities for the inner city chil dren of the Brady Faith Cen ter. They help tutor Junior Fligh School students. The Goal of the LaSallian Youth Group is to increase students’ awareness of others in need by providing opportunities for them to be with these people and learn from them.

Although The Underground, CBA’s literary magazine, has only been around for a few years, it has become an im portant aspect of our extra curricular agenda. The Under ground serves as a creative outlet for CBA’s writers and artists alike. Students from every grade level have the op portunity to exhibit their lit erary or artistic talents through the literary magazine.
Under the direction of Mrs. Bigelow, the magazine was published in April and featured poetry, short stories, and drawings from some of CBA’s finest. Seniors seemed to be the primary contributors to the magazine, but submissions were received from students in all grade levels. Because of the quality and volume of these submissions The Underground was a huge success this year.
