The highlight of league play was an astounding 3-2
victory over perennial foe Bishop Ludden. At halftime the
Brothers trailed 2-0, but refused to quit, displaying great
composure throughout the game. They shut out the Gaelic
Knights in the second half, and with the assistance of
quick and flashy All-City striker Pennoh Bestman who
achieved two late goals, the Brothers pulled out with an
emotional win.
The offense was lead by Junior Greg Goodwin, who
led the league with 11 goals earning All-City honors. Over-
