 Optimism flowed freely as the Freshmen Basketball
team took to the floorboards to begin their season. As
Iveteran coach Mr. Gary Barnaba stated, “These kids are great. This should be one of the best years yet.” The Hoopsters backed up this statement by finishing with an impressive 8-4 record.

and two triumphs over the perennially strong Corcoran
Cougars.
Leading the team to their strong showing were Joe
Pullano, Tim Kelly, and Mike Kavanaugh. With these
many fine young shooters, the outlook is bright for future
JV and Varsity squads.
