Hellooo Region 1,

So we are in 2022! Hot Damn. I have great hopes for this year! We have an in-person contest and I’m
planning a Colors of Harmony Weekend in the Fall with MARTINI! Yes, those queens are ours for the
weekend!

But I digress – let’s look Winter 1-derland coming up!

For our fun and enjoyment Friday night will be BEATLES A DAY hosts MO FIELD and AMELIA
CHARNOCK – an hour of fun, music and singing!

Headlining Saturday is JENNIE MORTON! While we couldn’t get her in person, we will bring her in
Saturday Afternoon - virtually - for 2 classes. She is dynamic, fascinating and you will learn things that
will make so much sense to you! Saturday AM KIM ELGER GRIFFIN (Bass from Bling) and KATIE
BLACKWOOD (Director of Liberty Oak Chorus) have much to offer! Check out their classes! Some of
you remember Kim from when she came with Bling to our Region, and you will enjoy getting to know
Katie, as well – such a dynamic vocal educator with infectious energy.

Thank you all for hanging in during these two years of frustration and disappointment with our singing
lives. I see your posts on Facebook and I see us forging a new way to prosper as we walk out of this. One
foot in front of the other – one song to the next.

Hope to see your faces in 1-DERLAND!
