the juice with the minty flavor. Pour the juice through a fine-mesh
sieve into a mixing bowl; discard the mint.

. Whisk together the strained grapefruit juice, zest, condensed milk,
egg yolks, and salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and
bake the tart for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the filling is set.

. Allow the tart to cool completely before serving. Top each slice with
a whole mint leaf and arrange a grapefruit-peel curl on top of the
mint.
