WHITE RUSSIAN CUPCAKES

For occasions where just adults will be around, I bake these rich and spongy
cupcakes, topped with a silken, sensual whipped cream frosting spiked with
Kahlúa. And did I mention chocolate shavings on top? With the Kahlúa and the
cream and the vodka, you could say these cupcakes have the components needed
for the cocktail known as the White Russian. But I can tell you that they are a
whole lot more satisfying than that drink ever was.
