Polka dots are so much fun to wear, and this recipe proves they’re fun to eat as
well. These moist, subtle plum and spice cupcakes with a rich cream cheese
frosting tinted golden yellow are fit for a party at the palace. When some of the
cupcakes are piped with purple polka dots and decorated with yellow miniature
M&M’s, the result is a platter of very regal cupcakes, perfect for the prince or
princess on your party list. (This is also lovely for adults when decorated with

gold dragées.)
