These simple yet elegant cupcakes with fluffy buttercream frosting are beautiful
for those occasions when only white will do. If you would rather make them
sleek and sassy, add a white chocolate glaze (page 126) instead. Dress up the
tops with little plastic dolls or valentine hearts, or dress it down with a single
white chocolate curl or one red raspberry.
