               It doesn’t need to be Valentine’s Day to make these sumptuous chocolate
               brownie hearts, filled with gooey chocolate ganache and topped with fresh
               raspberries. They’re a perfect ending to an anniversary or birthday meal, or for a
               quiet dinner party with friends. For these cakes, you will need two pans with
               heart-shaped cups that are about 3 inches wide and 1¼ inches deep. If you don’t
               have them, any round 2½-inch to 3-inch tart pan will do. The crusts can be baked
               a day or two ahead and kept refrigerated.
