Cupcakes with Class

Who says cupcakes are just for kids? These mighty miniature cakes—slathered
in chocolate, or dripping with lemon glaze, or crowned with a spoonful of
cinnamon crème anglaise—are tempting for grown-ups, too. It’s impossible to
outgrow the pleasure of peeling back the paper liner and releasing that vanilla
scent, then opening wide and taking a bite big enough to include plenty of
chocolate frosting. Getting older doesn’t mean forgetting how to savor a
cupcake.
