Some people just have an eye for presenting food with beautiful style. Food
stylist and friend Lucille Osborn suggested creating skewers of miniature
muffins and fresh fruit for Mother’s Day. Brilliant, I thought, and good for
parties, too. Use this or any favorite muffin recipe and place three mini muffins
on a long wooden skewer along with fruits of your choice. Alongside a
scrambled egg or some strips of bacon, these would be a welcome breakfast for
Mom or anyone special.
