                  You can make blackberry cobblers using the same method. Substitute the
                  same amount of frozen or fresh blackberries for the peaches. The reason you

                  add a little water to the frozen fruit is that it is often less ripe and harder. In
                  fact, fresh peaches in season are so juicy you must drain them well.




                  Store these cupcakes, in a cake saver or under a glass dome, at room
               temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Or freeze
               them, wrapped in aluminum foil or in a cake saver, for up to 6 months. Thaw the
               cupcakes overnight in the refrigerator before serving. To reheat, place them,

               uncovered, in a 350°F oven until warmed through, 20 minutes.
