I can’t decide what I like best about these cupcakes—their eye appeal (pale
green pistachio cake), their mouth appeal (hot fudge sauce cloaking cold cherry
and chocolate ice cream), or their friendliness factor (squirt of whipped cream
and a cherry on top). These cupcakes are a perfect party doahead because you
can bake and fill them with ice cream, then keep the cupcakes in the freezer until
serving time.
