3 Cut mozzarella into ⅜-inch-wide slices. Cut slices into 9½” x 2”

                planks. Place 1 plank onto each basil leaf.

                4 Brush edges of pizza dough with egg wash and place remaining

                coffin shapes on top. Crimp edges with a fork. Brush tops with

                remaining egg wash. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and
                salt.


                5 With a knife, cut short, thin strips of dough from the coffin scraps.
                Arrange on coffins in the shape of crosses.


                6 Bake for 15 minutes until tops are golden and the tips of the
                crosses are just beginning to brown. Remove from the pan with an

                offset metal spatula and transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly for 5 to

                10 minutes.


                Serve warm while reading some spooky tales!
