Makes approximately 28 fries and ½ cup ketchup

For optimal effect, look for potatoes that have a circular circumference, rather than oblong.
This will ensure the fries look moonlike, rather than squat.
INGREDIENTS
For the Ketchup
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet Thai chili sauce
3 teaspoons lime juice
For the Fries
3 red potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1¾ teaspoons steak seasoning of choice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Special Tools
2½ -inch round cookie cutter
INSTRUCTIONS
1 To make the ketchup, stir all ingredients together in a small bowl
and set aside.
2 To make the fries, begin by preheating oven to 400°F. Thoroughly
rinse and dry potatoes and cut into ¼-inch-thick slices, discarding
the ends (each potato should make approximately 7 slices).
