EMAIL: You may email your child’s teacher or any employee by using the first name. last name. For example, the
email address for Mrs. Estelle Benson, our principal, is estelle.benson@kcsdschools.net. You may also access our
email accounts by using our website: http://www.kcsdschools.net/Domain/9.
EARLY DISMISSAL: If you must take your child from school before the close of the school day, you should send a
note to the child’s teacher the morning of the early dismissal. The note must state the reason for, and specify the
time of, the early dismissal. For safety reasons, no sign-outs will be allowed after 2:00 p.m.
We DO NOT allow students to leave the school grounds without being accompanied by you or a designated adult
listed on your child’s InfoSnap Student Contact Information and our school Early Dismissal Authorization Card.
Also, anyone not known by our office personnel may have to present identification before a student is
released.
