WILD KITTEN OF THE MONTH: One student from K-5 will be selected for Wild Kitten of the Month based on
how well that student has demonstrated the character trait for the month. In addition, the student will have had
no behavior problems on the bus or in related arts classes.

               Selection procedures and acknowledgements:
                  ● Teachers (K-5) will nominate one of their students and write down a few sentences explaining why the
student was chosen. These will be submitted to a committee member on a certain day of the month
                       (TBD).
                  ● The committee will meet, read the entries, and choose a winner for the month.
                  ● The teacher of the winning student will be given a Wild Kitten of the Month award certificate on which
she will transfer her brief write-up. The certificates will be posted on a bulletin board. (TBD)
                  ● The monthly winner will be announced on the Morning Show, receive a Wild Kitten of the Month gift,
and his/her name displayed on the school marquee.
                  ● The award certificates will be taken from the bulletin board and given to teachers to present to students
                       at the awards ceremonies.
