                 SCHOOL CLOSINGS: In case of an emergency situation during the school day, the school has detailed
                 plans for the evacuation and safety of all students.  Information will be given on the radio, television, and the
                 Blackboard Messenger System.  In an emergency, it is vital that the phone is available for use by those who
                 are directing emergency procedures.  The closing of school due to extremely bad weather or other
                 emergencies will be announced on the following stations: WPUB, WIS-TV, and our district Blackboard
                 System.

                 SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT COUNCIL (SIC): The School Improvement Council is elected at the beginning of
                 the school year (September) and consist of parents, teachers, community members and administration.  The
                 council meets at least eight times and is responsible for assessing school needs, making recommendations,
                 and implementing plans for continuous growth and improvement. SIC/ Title 1 meetings will be held on the
                 following dates at 11:40:
