Congratulations to Nicole Brown! Each month the Clifdale
Elementary School PTO recognizes a teacher for their hard work
and efforts! Thank you, Mrs. Brown!
As they worked a silly looking experiment, Tonya
McCullough’s fourth grade scientists, at Clifdale
Elementary School, had a day full of smiles.
Clifdale Elementary School’s student leadership
team met, but they don't want to be called that.
Reason? "It would exclude other student leaders
in our building and they can't forget that they are
leaders too!"
Middle School of Pacolet
Dr. Uzze Brown, a former student of B. E. Mayes,
returned to his alma mater, now Middle School of Sixth grade students in Sara
Pacolet. He shared with the student body his early Lantz’s class at Middle School
experiences growing up in Cowpens and how his of Pacolet reviewed for a quiz
humble beginning was a spring board to his very by writing math problems on
accomplished career, as a composer and arranger. their tables or desks. They
