Chef Michael Granata from the Culinary
Institute of the Carolinas (CIC) visited Daniel
Morgan Technology Center’s culinary
students. Chef Granata spoke with students
about his time as a chef in New York, the
culinary program at CIC, and demonstrated
risotto style pasta.

Grits for Grands.
Third grade students who are new to Pacolet
Elementary School enjoyed getting to know each
other during Lunch Bunch with Annelise Gilmer,
guidance counselor.
