The Cub Scout Tiger met Clifton, Clifdale Elementary
School’s mascot, this morning to talk about all the exciting
things scouts have to offer. A Cub Scout representative will
be visiting the school on Monday to talk to students and
Tuesday night for sign-ups.
Open house at Clifdale Elementary was fantastic!
Fourth grade families enjoyed family STEM
activities while visiting with their teachers.
This week Clifdale Elementary School students
sowed more than seeds; they were cultivating a
school of positive student leaders working together.
The entire student body participated in creating the
Clifdale Garden.
With the help of a visitor from the Watershed Ecology Center at
USC Upstate, the fourth and fifth grade ATLAS class at Clifdale
Elementary School kicked off a PBL unit on water. They used a
watershed model to explore direct and indirect sources of water
pollution and ways to minimize or prevent it.
Clifdale Elementary School’s staff strive daily to
provide students with a safe and positive
learning environment where every student can
lead, learn, & grow, all while having fun!
