Broome High School students have been
learning how to do Pilates during the Centurions
Connect lunch hour. It is a great way to get in a
little workout and also stretch and practice deep
breathing.
Wednesday morning, Broome High School students
and faculty gathered together at “See You At The
Pole,” a nationwide, student-led event where
students meet around the flag pole to pray for their
peers, their school, and their community.
The Special Education Department at Broome
High School has created a new business called
Centurion Creations! They currently have BHS
cups, paracord bracelets, and button ID
Badges. You can visit Centurion Creations in
room 612.
Hot off the Press!
Students at Middle School of Pacolet participated in, "See
You at the Pole”, an annual gathering of thousands of
students, across the country. It takes place on the fourth
Wednesday in September.
Using regrouping in math and QR
codes, fourth grade students at
Pacolet Elementary School located a
mysterious oil spill in the Arctic
Ocean.
