Broome High School
The Broome High School junior
varsity volleyball team captured the
JV region title with a 2 -1 victory over
visiting Chapman. The team finished
region play 9 – 1 and finished the
season 14 – 5.

Broome High School’s Class of 2018 are excited about becoming future Terriers,
Gamecocks, Tigers, Pioneers, Saints, Bearcats, & Spartans.

NASCAR driver Chase Briscoe was
the featured speaker at a Cowpens
Elementary School program. After
telling students how he achieved
success through working hard in
school, he showed the children his
racecar. Fifth graders Grant Bradley
and Mercadies Davis were amused to
learn how to enter a racecar.

Haven Zuercher is the Cowpens Elementary Cowpens Elementary School
School Artist of the Month. Haven works
very hard in art class and at home, creating
new and unique ideas. She consistently
completes all of her assignments, sets a
good example for her classmates, and
encourages others to do their best. She also
likes to research different art topics on the
computer.
