Pacolet Elementary School students, in
kindergarten through 2nd grade, who have
shown excellent character and behavior were
rewarded with a shopping trip to the PTO Sand
Dollar Station.

Pacolet Elementary School students have enjoyed learning
about fire prevention with the Pacolet Fire Department.

District News

It’s a busy weekend in the District!

Friday night, prior to the football game, is the district-wide tailgate party at Broome
High School, at 6:00 p.m. Following the tailgate, the Centurions play rival Woodruff
High School at 7:30 p.m. Broome’s record is 5-2 overall and 1-1 in Region III-AAA
play. At halftime, all eight school’s Teachers of the Year will be recognized. Come

out tonight, eat good food, and support the Broome High School Centurions!

Saturday morning, Cowpens Middle School and Middle School of Pacolet volleyball
teams face-off in the semi-final games for their conference championships. Game
time is 9:00 a.m. at Cowpens Middle School. Come out and show your support for

Middle School sports! Tickets are $5.00 for adults, $2.00 for students. Only South
Carolina High School League passes are accepted.
