Abstract
Teachers drive to develop students' leadership skills is a part of their methodology
knowingly or unknowingly. Students are learning ways to work as a team, come up with
innovative ideas, solving interpersonal conflicts and develop decision-making abilities by the
way their leadership qualities are tuned by their teachers. Leadership development makes
students socially manageable through social and emotional learning methods. Social-emotional
Learning development and confident creation are the major inputs required for the current
generation rather than the notes and principles related to the subjects. The study includes a
survey of 136 school students and 150 school teachers in the Sivaganga district chosen from
various schools.
Introduction
Social and Emotional learning method of teaching in which the students are taught with
emotional inputs and a socially responsible mindset.
