          Renovation and addition to the 1908 Palmer Hall Academic facility       •    Historical building (c. 1908)
          provided a welcoming and inclusive gathering place for the University.
                                                                          •   Every mechanical item in this building was

                                                                          •   Most existing fi nishes including wood, trim,

                                                                            them to the latest ADA hardware requirements.

                                                                            top fl oor, remained occupied and completely
                                                                            functional at all times.

                                                                            brick arcade wall which integrated stainless steel
                                                                            bulletin boards and a LED display case
