God transformed into gas or the Spirit right before them, taking

this form convinced them he was God. Fire and God's Spirit are

somehow represented together as his form. As John the Baptist

declared, Matthew 3:11 I indeed baptize you with water unto

repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose

shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the

Holy Ghost, and with fire:

And on the day of Pentecost, Acts 2:2-3 and suddenly there

came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it

filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared

unto them separated tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each

of them.

Like water in the form of vapor, God in the form of the Holy

Spirit is a consuming Fire, oxygen one of the elements of water

is the most explosive gasses there is. But mixed with Hydrogen
this vapor becomes safe and stable. The Father mixed with the

Son becomes stable by the element of Grace provided by the

liquid form, which is the blood and the water that flowed from

the side of Jesus.
