witnesses of these things. Acts 5:32 And we are his witnesses of
these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath
given to them that obey him. Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive
power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall
be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in
Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.There are those
who have willingly become blind to the ways contrary to the
truth and made themselves deaf to the false preaching. The
former things are past away and cannot be proved even if they
bring forth their witnesses. The apostles are the witnesses of the
new covenant, along with Jesus, and we by faith do now bear
witness to this covenant, seeing the power of the blood.
