A R R I V A L S  &  D E P A R T U R E S




































          The pre-planning process begins upon receipt of your manifest. Hello! California will

          schedule exact equipment and staff according to your final manifest and specified time
          frame of arriving flights.



          ARRIVAL TRANSFERS
          Upon arrival at the airport, guests will follow airport signage to Baggage Claim.

          Uniformed Hello! California staff will be positioned at your participants’ designated
          baggage carousel with a custom greeter sign. The staff will also lend assistance to
          passengers who have lost or delayed luggage.



          Once luggage is claimed, guests will be escorted to waiting transportation. Guests will

          be grouped together by flight for transfer to the hotel. Hello! California staff are in radio
          communication with each other, including the dispatcher(s). An optional radio-
          equipped staff can be positioned at the hotel to keep your staff apprised of flight

          arrivals and delays, and advise the hotels front services staff of your group’s arrival.



          DEPARTURE TRANSFERS
          On departure day, uniformed staff will be positioned at the hotel to assist guests and
          dispatch vehicles to the airport. Your participants should be notified in advance of the

          designated departure area of the resort. At the scheduled group departure time, guests
          will gather at the designated location and transfer to the airport with their luggage.
