Uniformed Staff Assistance $65.00 per hour, per staff
(based on a minimum of five consecutive hours of service)
Dress Code: Business Casual to include black or khaki slacks with blouse or button-up shirt
AIRPORT PORTERAGE EACH WAY (STAFF REQUIRED)
Luggage Add $3.00 per person
AIRPORT GREET FEES
Driver Meet in Baggage Claim $25.00
International Arrivals, Customs Meet $40.00
(includes up to 30 minutes of vehicle wait time)
TRANSPORTATION NOTES
BILLING
• Volatile fuel prices may result in a future fuel surcharge.
• Costs are based on one-way transfers to or from a hotel in the areas outlined above.
• Receipt of the arrival and departure manifest is required two weeks prior to the main arrival day in date/time order
in Excel format.
• Depending on the hotel location from the airport and the time of day, Hello! California will schedule vehicles to
depart from the designated hotel to the airport two to three hours prior to domestic flight times, and three to four
hours prior to international flight times.
• Charges for no-shows and wait time are applicable and will be billed to Client.
• Early morning fees for pick-ups between 12:00AM midnight and 5:30AM may apply.
DRIVER MEETS
• There is not a driver meet and greet cost for vehicles if staff are scheduled to meet each flight at the airport. Driver
meet and greets are not allowed for mini buses and motor coaches.
MANIFEST REQUIREMENTS
• Vehicles and Staff will be scheduled as cost effectively as possible, based on the final manifest. Additional vehicles
may be required on-site due to delayed, changed or cancelled flights.
• ALL SERVICES AND PRICING ARE SUBJECT TO AIRPORT RULES, REGULATIONS AND FEES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO
CHANGE AT ANY TIME.
• All vehicles entering the commercial lanes are subject to being searched.
• Gate meets are prohibited.
• Security does not change its search procedure to accommodate flight departures. These policies can change at any
time. Hello! California will not be liable for any hotel accommodations and/or tickets if flights are missed due to
security checks.
• Food and beverages on vehicles are allowed on a pre-arranged basis only. Please discuss details with your Account
Executive.
• Any specialty vehicle and/or staff requests will be researched and fulfilled if available. Additional costs may be
incurred.
