INTRODUCTION
Dear Venetian Resort Casino Team,
Thank you for the opportunity to present our vision for Preferred Provider status with the Venetian
Resort Casino. Our Las Vegas team has extensive DMC experience in the local marketplace. Among
other Hello! team members, Craig Bullock (General Manager), Danelle Dodds (Director of Sales), Ron
Alvarez (Director of Operations), and Laura Plenkovich (Account Executive) are fixtures within the Las
Vegas hospitality industry. This experience, combined with Hello!’s resources and proven status as an
exclusive or preferred DMC, makes us an excellent Preferred Provider candidate. We will demonstrate
in the following pages that Hello! Las Vegas is best positioned to deliver on the following goals:
1. OUTSTANDING GUEST EXPERIENCES: When their guests have outstanding experiences,
meeting planners share the news with others and return to the scene of their success. This
will continue to place the Venetian Resort Casino’s sterling reputation in the spotlight, further
increasing the value to planners.
2. ACCELERATE CORE REVENUE STREAMS: We will focus on helping you sell by designing
exceptional site visits and other sales support to capture clients and drive resort occupancy and
food and beverage revenue. By executing an extraordinary site visit to influence the decision of
a planner, or collaborating with the catering team to build a one-of-a-kind special event to keep a
group on site, Hello! Las Vegas will accelerate your core revenue streams.
3. MAXIMIZE DMC COMMISSIONS: In order to maximize commissions to the Venetian Resort
Casino, your DMC partner must win. Commission rate agreements don’t matter if the DMC doesn’t
secure the majority of your group business. Hello!’s client reach, reputation, and experience
makes us the best choice to maximize capture rate and amplify your DMC commissions.
