Hello! Destination Management (Hello!) is a full-service destination management company (DMC)
founded in 1986 and purchased by the Mears family in 1998. As a family-owned business with three
generations of experience in the hospitality industry, the Mears family is directly involved in the day-
to-day operations of the company and are frequently engaged with our clients. This family-owned
but professionally-managed approach has allowed us to remain a steadfast island in a sea of change
as other DMCs consolidate to gain traction and stability. We are confident that we will maintain our
success in outperforming our destination management peers for years to come.

Over the past 23 years, we’ve transformed from a boutique DMC into a financially sound, nationally-
recognized firm with established best practices, proprietary business software, and professional
development programs. There are currently 10 Hello! offices, with locations in Scottsdale (AZ), San
Diego and San Francisco (CA), Washington (D.C.), Orlando and Miami (FL), Las Vegas (NV), Austin and

Dallas (TX), and Nashville (TN). Thanks to our continued success, we will soon be opening our 11
office in Denver, Colorado. We’re proud to say that the only significant changes our organization has
experienced over the last three years has been the addition of our two California offices. Also, thanks
to the hard work of our over 250 full-time professionals, we are now the exclusive, in-house service
provider for nearly 25 major convention resorts, and a preferred provider for many more.
