ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

Among many valuable resources, the Venetian Resort Casino team also has
professionals from our in-house Creative Services department (see page 33)
at their disposal for event design and production. They’re also supported
by a marketing team (see pages 37) that assists with presentation and
graphic design, a Risk Management team (see page 23) that ensures our
suppliers are compliant with all insurance requirements, and an Information
Technology team to build and maintain systems that improve client and
employee efficiencies (see page 39).

For many DMCs, these specialties are left in the hands of an account executive
or account manager who must focus on fulfilling client needs that are outside
their expertise. Whether it’s retrieving insurance certifications from suppliers,
building PowerPoint presentations, or creating event design solutions, Hello!
has developed a team of specialized and dedicated professionals to support
our local teams.
