FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

One of the greatest assets of our partnership is that the Venetian Resort Casino will be paid on
everything, regardless of the lead source. We will not exclude any client, even if the Venetian Resort
Casino is not the source of the lead. Working together, we have the best chance of capturing market
share and maximizing your commission income.

We would like to extend the following commission rates for Hello! Las Vegas’s services:

Theme Event Décor (Of Gross*) 12%
Transportation 10%

Entertainment (Of Gross*) 10%

Activities/Teambuilding 10%
Off-Site F&B Event 10%

Cost Plus Services (Of Handling Fee) 10%

Headliner Entertainment (Of Handling Fee) 7%
In-House Services (Discount) 15% to 25%
Depending on Service**

*Gross Charges will not include tax

HOUSE ACCOUNT COMMISSIONS
All Hello! “House Accounts” will be commissionable at 5%. House Accounts for Hello! are third-party
planning organizations with whom we have enduring relationships. We will pay a reduced rate for
these clients since we have a fixed, low-price guarantee and pre-arranged commission agreements
with them regardless of the hotel or resort they choose.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES
Hello! Las Vegas understands that you will depend on us to assist, partner and participate in various
FAMs throughout the year. Hello! Las Vegas commits to supporting you in various capacities in
those scenarios. We welcome this opportunity and you can to rely on us to make a special visit or
experience for your planners and clients.

EXCLUDED COMMISSIONABLE SERVICES
The following items and services are non-commissionable: Show Tickets, Attraction Tickets, Staff,
Complimentary/Discounted/FAM items.
