TECHNOLOGY
Hello! has invested in several tools that
improve the accuracy, efficiency, and
consistency of our professionals. Proprietary
technology loaded with great content
allows our people to be creative fast! Several
of our developments assist customers and
partners with their work, too. Below are just
a few examples of our technology and how
it makes us and our partners more effective.
We would be excited to demonstrate them
for you!
ATTENDEE ACCESS TO TICKETS, TOURS, TRANSPORTATION, AND DINING:
A great advantage for large groups, especially trade associations and users groups that need assistance
communicating directly with their guests, this tool allows attendees to sign up for tours, dinners, and arrange
transportation directly with Hello! Las Vegas. It charges credit cards, sends confirmations, builds manifests
automatically, and provides real-time access to these manifests for the client and Hello! Las Vegas planner. We
can link directly to the registration website for the conference or even the corporate intranet and turn off the
charging function. This allows meeting planners to outsource the registration and manifest process.
TARIFF OF SERVICES:
This web-based tariff provides pictures and descriptions of multiple options within each of our service
categories, including transportation, off-site events, dining, golf, etc. Our contracted clients can identify
events of interest, view pricing based on the number of participants, and view sample menus. All pictures
and descriptions can be copied and pasted into your own proposal. This tool generates great loyalty from
planners under pressure to create options with little notice from their clients; it can be done anytime, even
from their own home! It’s also a great resource if a resort sales or event manager wants a quick tour or activity
option to show a customer.
iPAD APPLICATION:
Hello! has created a proprietary iPad application that dramatically improves the presentation and collaboration
process during client site visits. We are usually included in site visits with our resort partner, and often there is
little or no knowledge of the prospective client’s interests or program specifications. This means we need to
be flexible. Our application has a tremendous amount of visual content and related technical specifications
right at our fingertips.
As we collaborate with our resort partner and client during a “walk-through” or over coffee, we can show
options and assemble a customized portfolio which can be sent immediately to the client as a PDF. So when
your client heads back to their room to freshen up before dinner, they can review pictures of fantastic events,
unique spaces in the resort, or potential activities for their attendees—pictures and ideas they chose through
collaboration—and send them immediately to other stakeholders wherever they are. This is a tremendous
value for planners when trying to visualize the attendee experience and share that vision with others. It
becomes part of the complete sale as we work together.
