Hello! has combined some of our most talented, non-traditional DMC professionals to create an
internal resource we call the National Resource Group or “NRG.” This team consists of creative
specialists with expertise in event design, graphic and print design, marketing strategies and high-
level production. Your Hello! Las Vegas team is able to access these experts for consultation on
intricate theme events, high-level competitive bids, and marketing campaigns. The NRG provides
support that our local or franchise DMC competitors simply cannot match, as they either lack the
infrastructure (local) or the coordination between multiple offices (franchise). Hello! will bring the
efforts of this group win business on behalf of Hello! and the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore.
