Executive Summary
Dear Rose,
Thank you so much for allowing us to present our ideas based on your needs for your May 2019 (un)convention. We
too obsess about our clients and it has been such a fun week putting together this proposal for you. We are ecstatic to
be in consideration to partner with you on this program. In reading through your RFP and website, it was evident to us
that your company culture and Hello’s company culture were almost identical.
I definitely would like to schedule a call next week to review the proposal in a bit more detail but for a quick summary,
below is our understanding of some of your main DMC-related components, along with a few of our thoughts:
Special Evening Events for Internal Team – Approximately 30 guests (May 4- 6, 2019)
o These special evening events are for your internal team to bond and strength over good drinks,
great food and a fun activity. We understand you need something simple, interactive, and
exciting.
Main Arrivals– (May 7, 2019)
Welcome Reception – Apex Social Club (May 7, 2019)
o This Welcome Reception will be the first event your client’s attend for this (un)convention. The
overall goal is to have your guests “wowed” and “amazed” for a strong start to what will be a very
memorable conference. Apex Social Club sets a perfect environment for our 2001: Space Odyssey
themed strolling entertainment. Coincidence that 2001 marks 24-7 Intouch’s inception? We think
not. (At least according to Greg & Jeff)
General Session & Session Breaks – (May 7 – 8, 2019)
o This is an (un)convention. Standard stage set ups and conference seating are out the window. We
understand your desire to create a fun and welcoming environment where your clients and
employees alike are excited to spend their days Based on a few of the exciting things you have
done in the past, we’ve included a selection of unique, colorful and – more importantly –
functional/comfortable General Session solutions.
o We didn’t forget about the breaks. In between fun and impactful discussions, the engagement can
continue with your (un)conventional break activities. There are twelve unique ways to connect with
your guests in a memorable fashion.
Special Evening Event and Epic Closing Event for 120 people – (May 8 – 9, 2019)
o These nights are all about fostering the relationships between you and your clients. We know that
you are unique and we wanted to make these nights just as unique as your company. We also
know that your guests are very familiar with Las Vegas so we wanted to offer opportunities that
were (un)expected and memorable.
What’s next…
Please know, this is just a stepping stone. Consider this the foundation to get the wheels turning and the excitement
ready for your 2019 (un)convention conference. Following your review, we would like to schedule a call to go through in
more detail. From there, we can revise and recommend further adjustments, as necessary. We truly look at this journey
as a collaboration and we see ourselves as an extension of your planning team.
We too believe that inspiration needs execution. We are confident we understand your vision and have the best team
to bring these ideas to life.
Batman had Robin. Holmes had Watson. 24-7 Intouch has Hello! Las Vegas. We will go the extra mile for you.
Thank you so much for this opportunity.
Enthusiastically,
