In addition to our standard high level of service and attention, your business is important to us and we make
the following additional commitments to you.

Upon being awarded full DMC-components, Hello! Las Vegas agrees to include the below complimentary
elements:

Program
 A dedicated Account Executive & Senior Operations Manager to ensure flawless execution of all
services; available 24 hours a day during program operation. Include value of estimated time for pre,
during and post program.
 Hello! Account Manager to remain on site at hotel for duration of program. Include estimated value
 Radio communication among all key staff (Operations, Airport Staff, Vendors, etc.)

Pre-Planning/Site Inspection
 Complimentary site inspection transportation and meals for (1) pre-program site inspection
 Including arrival and departure vehicles for Planner(s) or Executive VIP’(s) for client and meeting
planning staff of end client

Airport/Transportation
 Complimentary airport round-trip transfers via sedan for Executive VIPs (5) and meeting planners (2)
 Complimentary Departure Notices
 Complimentary Airport Parking for Uniformed Staff Assistance for Duration of the Program
 Complimentary Staff Radios for Duration of the Program
 Bottled Water on every transfer per person. Including Arrivals, Departures and all Tours/Activities
 Color airport signage

 Guaranteed 2018 pricing for 2019
 Complimentary Photographer for (1)-three-hour décor event (includes link of copyright-free photos
following program)
