4. OTHER ASSETS
4.1 CLUBHOUSE
The clubhouse, which is built in a typical Danish countryside style, consists of 1644 m2 divided into three levels and has two outdoor terraces. At the moment, the clubhouse includes a reception area together with the golf Pro Shop, where members and guests can nd various kinds of golf equipment, clothing, shoes and accessories. There is also a spacious restaurant together with a bar which can host up to 160 guests. Furthermore, there is an additional event hall for up to 120 people, which is perfectly suitable for hosting various events including weddings, celebrations, parties, company events, social gatherings and much more. It is connected to one of the outdoor terraces. The clubhouse also has storage rooms for golf equipment available for rent to the members. They are conveniently located in the clubhouse, close to the locker rooms, which also offer a sauna. Skjoldenæsholm Golf Resort also has 15 golf carts available for rent. There is also of ce space on the top oor of the building which offers conference rooms and of ces surrounded by a beautiful view over the golf courses, which makes it a relaxing work environment. Furthermore, there are vacant areas in the clubhouse which can be developed. The possibilities are many and completely up to the new owner.
4.2 ACADEMY
Skjoldenæsholm has a 224 m2 large academy facility including tting studio and roofed facilities on the driving range. The academy building itself has a workshop, living room, toilets and small kitchen which makes it functional for the instructors to use.
4.3 MACHINE HALL
The machine hall contains the equipment for maintenance of the golf courses. It consists of a building which has 1184 m2.

4.4 COUNTRY HOUSE ON COURSE
In a close distance to the Skjoldenæsholm Castle, with a view on the golf course, there is a cozy family house built in a typical timber framed style. The house is a property of the Skjoldenæsholm Golf Resort and consists of
161 m2 divided into two oors.
4.5 HUNTING
Skjoldenæsholm Golf Resort is situated in a very varied nature environment, which is well suited for hunting. The landscape offers lakes, forests, rolling hills and open elds. The area is approved for hunting by the authorities and it is possible to hunt for a variety of species on the property. International guests are also permitted to hunt in Denmark in accordance with their right to hunt in their own countries. A foreign hunting permit can be converted to a Danish permit by the local authorities.
4.6 ADDITIONAL LAND
The property also includes additional land which is a part of the forest, there- fore this way the golf resort can be either extended or used for other purpos- es. Further information about the size and in which parts of the property it is located will be provided upon request.
