               Keeping your digestive system
               healthy involves several things:


                     Eating healthy food; making
                       sure to get all the right
                       nutrients and fiber.
                     Taking care of yourself if you
                       contract a food-borne illness.
                     Drinking lots of water.

               It’s important to be aware of any
               food allergies or intolerances you
               may have. For example, some
               people are allergic to peanuts and
               can die from eating even one!
               Other people cannot process dairy
               products like milk and cheese due

               to intolerance to lactose.
